We offer a clear 7‑day return window on qualifying orders. Our aim is straightforward: if the product does not meet your expectations, the process to return it should be precise and predictable.

Return Window

You may request a return within 7 calendar days from the date your order is delivered.

Requests made after 7 days fall outside our standard policy and are generally not accepted.

Condition of Items

Returned caps must be in unused condition, with all original tags and packaging intact. Brims must not be creased or sharply reshaped.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear, odor, visible marks, or damage.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, contact our support team with your order number, the item you wish to return, and a brief reason for the request.

We will confirm eligibility, share return instructions, and provide the appropriate return address or label where applicable.

Refunds

Once the returned cap has been received and inspected, approved returns are refunded to the original payment method.

Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take several business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Exchanges

If you would like a different size or color, we can assist with an exchange subject to stock availability. In some cases, this may involve returning the original item and placing a new order.

Non‑Returnable Items

Gift cards and final‑sale items are not eligible for return or refund unless required by local consumer law.
