Where do you ship?
We currently ship to the EU, UK, and North America from our European warehouse. All shipments are tracked.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Most orders dispatch within 1–2 business days. Transit time is typically 2–5 business days depending on your location.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order has not shipped, our support team can help adjust details or cancel. Once shipped, standard return policies apply.
Fit & Sizing
How should a KOKILIAN cap fit?
Our caps are mid-profile with a balanced crown height. They should sit just above the ear, with the adjuster comfortably closed without strain.
Do profiles change between styles?
No. Profiles are controlled. Within a size range, our goal is that each cap behaves the same, regardless of color or fabric.
How do I choose my size?
Most customers fall within our standard adjustable range. If you are between sizes or prefer more room, size up and adjust down.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
Unused caps in original condition can be returned within 30 days of delivery. We inspect every return before processing a refund.
Do you offer exchanges?
Yes. If the fit or color is not right, we can arrange an exchange subject to stock availability.
How are refunds issued?
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned cap has been inspected and approved.
Care & Materials
How should I care for my cap?
Spot clean with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Do not machine wash or tumble dry. Reshape the brim by hand and air dry away from direct heat.
Will the fabric stretch or soften?
Our cotton twill is designed to soften with wear while maintaining structure. The crown will relax slightly without collapsing.
Do colors fade over time?
All colors are tested for colorfastness. Subtle patina over years of wear is expected; uneven or rapid fading is not.
