Materials: 100% Cotton Twill, 280 GSM

We work with dense 100% cotton twill at 280 GSM—substantial enough to hold its shape, yet soft enough to relax with wear. The fabric is enzyme-washed for a matte, low-sheen surface and a dry, comfortable hand.

The weave is intentionally tight to resist pilling and soft abrasion, while remaining breathable through long days, changing weather, and repeated wear.

Construction: 6‑Panel, Mid‑Profile

The KOKILIAN crown is a classic 6‑panel mid‑profile—high enough to clear the forehead, low enough to sit naturally in line with the brow.

Each panel is cut in pairs for symmetry, then joined with precise top‑stitching that keeps seams flat against the head. Inside, a clean binding hides raw edges and keeps the interior calm and comfortable.

The brim is slightly curved, with a firm yet flexible core that can be shaped by hand without creasing.

Hardware & Finishing

Hardware is deliberately minimal—clean metal trims in a muted finish that disappears into the silhouette rather than shouting from it.

Edges are carefully skived and folded, then stitched with a fine needle for a slim, tailored profile. Branding stays quiet: a small mark where it belongs, never fighting with the lines of the cap itself.
