Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted within 4 days from the date of delivery.

Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in the original packaging with all tags intact.

Personalized, custom-made, or engraved products are not eligible for return.

Return Process

To initiate a return, contact customer support with your order number and the reason for the return request.

Once your request is approved, return shipping instructions will be shared with you directly.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is caused by a manufacturing defect or an incorrect item was received.

Inspection and Approval

All returned items are inspected after they are received by our team.

Refunds or exchanges are processed only when the returned item meets the stated return criteria.

Items showing wear, damage, use, or tampering will be rejected.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days after approval.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

Exchanges

Exchanges are allowed for items of the same value, subject to product availability.

To request an exchange, follow the same return process and specify the replacement item in your message.

Defective or Damaged Items

If an item arrives damaged or defective, contact customer support immediately and include clear photos of the issue.

A replacement or full refund will be provided at no extra cost when the issue is verified.

Cancellations

Orders can be canceled before shipment. Once shipped, the standard return process applies.
